Beautifully decorated and good standard hotel. Recently refurbished rooms with king size bed and pull out couch. - Excellent staff. - Favorable location in an absolutely wonderful area next to Canada and Tim Hortons. - Great choice for a trip.

The beds

The rooms were not as nice as other Hampton hotels we have stayed at. They were much more basic and not as clean. The tray in our room actually had blood on it! I usually only stay at the Hampton but I will likely avoid this one in the future.

I really liked the nightlight in the bathroom. It helps one find and use the facilities in the middle of the night without being shocked fully awake by turning on the bathroom light.

Please put a second bedside table in the King rooms. Our King-size bed had only one bedside table. We had to use a book as a middle table when having our morning coffee while reading the paper in bed and my husband had to put his glasses and book on the floor -- Note: potential accident alert in both cases. Papers are delivered only to the rooms of regular customers. The desk should ask on check-in whether we want a paper so we first-timers don't have to walk to the gas station a block away to get a morning paper -- as I had to.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were neat and affordable. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. I loved the room with a king size bed and pull-out couch.

The Hampton Inn and Suites had a satisfaction guarantee. I'm not sure if that would have applied to us as we did not book directly with them. The breakfast buffet that was included was fabulous. It is really conveniently placed by the movie theater so it made for a nice getaway.

The room that we stayed in, the fan in the room air conditioner was really loud. It sounded like a plane getting ready to take off. It made it difficult to sleep well. (Room 307)

- The curtains didn't close and let street light and day light into the hotel room making it hard to sleep. - The staff allowed another customer to walk around bare foot in the dining hall.

Good standard and exceptionally comfortable hotel

Located really close to a shopping center with a movie theatre, Turtle Jacks, and restaurants. Amazing breakfast with a good choice of food. - Pleasant staff

Think that this nicely decorated and good standard hotel is beyond compare, liked it. All immaculate, everything you need for the trip. All the staff is very friendly and extremely friendly and is engaged to make your stay really enjoyable. The breakfast is amazing, and the location is excellent close to Guelph on business. Great service and the food is outstanding! Overall clean facilities, there's free parking.

The setting was marvellous, just off a movie theatre and several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were modern and reasonably priced, and the breakfast was good.- One-bedroom rooms are available, which was a great example of the room variety offered.

I enjoyed everything very much. I shall be back in the spring once again.

During my stay, the hotel was under major renovations. This wasnt stated on Booked.net when I made my reservation. Also when I checked out of the hotel I was charged more than I was quoted on Booked.net. I have had better breakfast at a two stars spanish hotel!!

The service here is excellent, top-class, and the breakfast is marvellous.
